Smoke atomization or regeneration is recognized by the EFSA and the EU as a smoking process. The condensed liquid smoke is transformed from a liquid to a gaseous phase by a regenerator, returning the smoke to its initial state but without the solid particles that have been properly filtered out during the condensation process.

Polder Smoke Atom is a smoke specifically designed for regeneration. The finished smoked product is completely natural in both appearance and organoleptic properties.
