The veggie casing is suitable for both fresh and cooked applications, with excellent results when fried and a super tender bite. Like other edible products from the Viscofan Group, it’s a ready-to-use casing, presented in a stick format, which is very easy to use for stuffing and portioning. It can be used in standard stuffing tubes and meat processing machinery. Being edible, it doesn’t need to be peeled.
