Small caliber cellulose

Small-caliber cellulose casings are characterized by their high elasticity, consistent diameter, and homogeneity.

They are permeable to the color and flavor components of smoke, but impermeable to other unwanted compounds.

The ease with which the casing peels ensures uninterrupted production.

Small-caliber cellulose casings are supplied in sticks, always ready for stuffing, allowing for perfect adaptation to all stuffing systems. They are available in various colors and with different numbers and colors of stripes to facilitate production and quality control processes.

These casings are especially suitable for cooked products, smoked or unsmoked, for raw-cured products, and for use in high-speed peelers.
