Detail

Our single-material PET film offers a 100% recyclable packaging solution, designed for the food industry seeking to combine sustainability, safety, and high visual quality.

Main features:

  • Full recyclability, aligned with the circular economy regulations and objectives.

  • High barrier against oxygen and humidity, preserving food freshness.

  • Excellent transparency and gloss, enhancing the presentation at the point of sale.

  • High mechanical resistance and thermal, suitable for demanding packaging processes.

An innovative and responsible alternative that drives the transition to more sustainable packaging without compromising product protection.

Suitable for

  • Fresh products packaged in modified atmosphere (MAP) → meat, poultry, fish and sausages on trays.

  • Dairy → yogurts

  • Prepared dishes → Refrigerated or frozen products, requiring resistance to automatic packaging processes and, in some cases, microwave oven regeneration.

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables → Thermoformable films or flowpacks that ensure visibility and preservation.

  • Snacks and confectionery → Due to their high transparency and sealing properties.

Applications

  1. Thermoforming (Form-Fill-Seal)

    • Production of trays or rigid containers for meat, sausages, fish and prepared dishes.

    • It is usually combined with a lid (lidding film) to create MAP containers or vacuum.

  2. Lid or Lidding film

    • As a top sheet for heat sealing on PET trays.

    • High transparency and barrier, ideal for fresh meat, dairy products and prepared foods.

  3. Flow Pack / Horizontal or vertical packaging (HFFS / VFFS)

    • Packaging of cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, pastries or snacks.

    • Optimal processability in automatic packaging machines.

  4. Single-dose sachets and bags

    • For sauces, dressings, toppings, condiments or liquid/semi-liquid products.

  5. Frozen product packaging

    • Thanks to its mechanical and thermal resistance, it maintains the integrity of the packaging at low temperatures.
