Polder Smoke Coex contains the necessary components for perfect crosslinking of both collagen and alginate gels, imparting a subtle color and flavor reminiscent of traditional beech wood.
Its pH is adjusted to meet the needs of coextrusion applications.
Due to its low polysorbate content, it does not produce foam during application.
