Chain of Custody Commitment Statement

The Management of PROVEEDORA HISPANO HOLANDESA, SAU has decided to implement a Chain of Custody Management System in accordance with the requirements of the international standard FSC-STD-40-004 V3-1 ES Standard for Chain of Custody Certification for products manufactured by the company under license code FSC-C191640.

The implemented FSC® chain of custody system outlines all management and production requirements for controlling the chain of custody, labeling, and sale of FSC® certified products. It involves the evaluation of forest products from the tree to the final product, including all stages of processing, transformation, manufacturing, and handling, thereby verifying that the paper used comes from sustainably managed forests.

PROVEEDORA HISPANO HOLANDESA SAU declares that it is not directly or indirectly involved in the following activities:

  • Illegal logging or trade in illegal timber or forest products;
  • Violations of traditional and human rights in forestry operations;
  • Destruction of high conservation values ​​in forestry operations;
  • Significant conversion of forests to plantations or other uses;
  • Introduction of genetically modified organisms in forestry operations;
  • Violations of any of the ILO Fundamental Conventions, as defined in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, 1998, specifically:
    • Does not prevent workers from freely associating, electing their representatives, or bargaining collectively with the company;
    • Does not make use of forced labor;
    • Does not employ workers below the legal minimum age of 15, or below the age of compulsory schooling, if higher;
    • Does not impede equal opportunities and treatment for workers;
    • Working conditions do not endanger the safety or health of workers.

PROVEEDORA HISPANO HOLANDESA SAU also declares its commitment to the occupational health and safety of its employees.

Management makes available to the system all the necessary human and material resources to meet these established objectives.
